The Electronic Payments Coalition, of which ABA is a member, is launching a “Save My Debit Card” Twitter campaign today to recognize April 21 as the date of the Federal Reserve’s original deadline for issuing a final debit interchange price-cap rule. The coalition is urging people with Twitter accounts to tweet about why they love their debit cards, and it is asking them to use the hashtag #savemydebitcard so the tweets can be grouped and tracked.
