Senate Adjourned; Hearing for CFPB Nominee Cancelled
The Senate adjourned for August recess last night, and the Banking Committee postponed until September 6 Thursday’s scheduled hearing on former Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray’s nomination to become director of the CFPB.
