The Senate Banking Committee will hold a hearing from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST on September 6 to review the nomination of Richard Cordray as the Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Cordray, currently the CFPB’s Chief of Enforcement, previously served as Ohio Attorney General, Ohio State Treasurer, and as an Ohio State Representative.
The hearing also will cover the nominations of Patricia Loui and Larry Walther to be Directors of the Export-Import Bank.
