CFPB Releases New Mortgage Disclosure Prototypes

The CFPB has begun a third round of testing on their mortgage closing disclosure forms, part of their Know Before You Owe program. The CFPB has reviled three prototypes and has requested comments from the public. They will begin testing the prototypes in Philadelphia, PA as well as on online. The CFPB is asking for comments through their blog or email.
