The SEC has issued a notice that it will hold an open meeting tomorrow, Wednesday April 18th, at 10:00 am to consider whether to adopt joint rules with the CFTC relating to the definitions of “Swap Dealer,” “Security-Based Swap Dealer,” “Major Swap Participant,” “Major Security-Based Swap Participant,” and “Eligible Contract Participant.”
