Senate Banking Committee to Hold Hearings on Dodd-Frank

Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Johnson (D-S.D.) announced the committee will hold two hearings, May 22 and June 6, on Wall Street oversight.

Representatives from the SEC and CFTC will testify in the May 22 hearing entitled “Implementing Derivatives Reform: Reducing Systemic Risk and Improving Market Oversight.”

While officials from the federal banking agencies, Treasury Department, and CFPB will testify on June 6.
