ABA Urges Banker Contacts During Recess

While Senators and House Members are home this week for the Independence Day recess, ABA is urging bankers to talk with them and their staffs about four issues: the “qualified mortgage” (QM) proposal; the examination reform bills (H.R. 3461, S. 2160); the legislation (H.R. 4367, S. 3204) to repeal the outdated requirement that ATMs display a physical placard stating that fees may be charged and; the credit union legislation (S. 2231, H.R. 1418).
