OCC Proposes Annual Stress Test Reporting Requirements

The OCC has requested comments concerning a proposed new regulatory reporting requirement for national banks and Federal savings associations regarding company-run annual stress test reporting templates and documentation for covered institutions with total consolidated assets of $50 billion or more—a requirements under the Dodd-Frank Act. The proposal describes the scope of reporting and the proposed reporting requirements.

The OCC will publish a separate proposal addressing the reports required to be filed by covered institutions with assets between $10 and $50 billion.

Comments are due by October 15, 2012.
