The CFPB will be hosting a one-hour webinar today from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. EDT about the system, including how complaints are taken, their lifecycle through the resolution process, and observations from the CFPB’s Consumer Complaint Database. The event is open to the public.
Assistant Director of the Office of Financial Education (OFE) Camille Busette and Assistant Director for Consumer Response Scott Pluta will host the webinar. Ms. Busette will provide a brief update on the OFE’s work and Mr. Pluta will focus on the CFPB’s consumer complaint system. There will also be time for the audience to ask questions.
