Swaps End-User Exception: Reporting Requirement

Three provisionally-registered Swap Data Repositories (SDRs) are reportedly available to accept the information required to be reported when an Electing Counterparty elects the End-User Exception: DTCC Data Repository, ICE Trade Vault, and CME SDR. All three SDRs have annual forms and processes for Electing Counterparties to take advantage of the annual reporting option, along with instructions on how to fill out and file an annual form.

For more information see:

DDR Swap Data Repository

ICE Trade Vault

CME Group SDRe

To the extent an Electing Counterparty chooses to make annual filings, an annual form should be on file at each SDR at which the Electing Counterparty’s swaps are reported pursuant to Part 45 of the CFTC’s regulations.
