Bipartisan Policy Center to Discuss the CFPB Three Years Later

The Bipartisan Policy Center’s Financial Regulatory Reform Initiative will be releasing a white paper and bipartisan analysis of the CFPB at an event of Tuesday, September 24, from 10 to 11 a.m.: “The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Three Years Later: On Target of Missing the Mark?” The Dodd-Frank Act created the CFPB which assumed substantial regulatory power from other bank regulators and was granted additional power to oversee industries and products previously not subject to federal regulations.

Register to attend the discussion.
