FTC & CFPB Roundtable: Debt Collection

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and CFPB will be hosting a roundtable on debt collection, specifically “to examine how debt collection issues affect Latino consumers, especially those who have limited English proficiency.” Consumer advocates, industry representatives, state and federal regulators and academics will be leading the discussions.

The roundtable will be held in Long Beach, CA on October 23, 2014. The event is free and open to the public.
