Senate Passes 2015 Spending Bill

The Senate on Saturday passed a $1.1 trillion bill funding the government through September 2015. The bill, which cleared the Senate by a 56-40 vote, included an ABA-supported provision repealing the requirement in the Dodd-Frank Act that banks get rid of derivatives trading businesses.
