FDIC Announces Retirements, Appointments

The FDIC announced several retirements and new appointments. Among them, Robert Mooney is retiring as director of the agency’s program for minority banks and Community Development Financial Institutions. He will be replaced on an acting basis by Scott Strockoz, currently deputy director in the FDIC’s New York region.

Meanwhile, San Francisco regional director Stanley Ivie is retiring after nine years in the role and prior service as regional director for the Dallas region.
