Fed, FDIC Release ‘Living Wills’ for Regional, Foreign Banks

The Federal Reserve and FDIC posted online the public sections of resolution plans for 125 large financial institutions, including three nonbanks and several foreign banks. This round of resolution plans – submitted by Dec. 31 – included firms with $50-250 billion in U.S. nonbank assets. The 12 largest, most complex financial institutions submit plans by July 1 each year.
